For this exclusive dinner, Kiera has partnered with Koshi Sushi owner and sushi chef Phillip Lee and sushi chef John Salinas to create an elegant six course menu designed specifically for sparkling wine pairings. Every dish has been thoughtfully crafted, and every wine carefully selected to showcase how the right pairing can elevate both the food and the wine into something even greater.
Throughout the evening you'll enjoy six distinctive sparkling wines from around the world, ranging from traditional method favorites, including true Champagne, to exciting grower producers and lesser known sparkling gems. Each pairing has been chosen to complement the flavors and textures of each course while introducing guests to the incredible diversity of sparkling wine.
