May is my birthday month so I love celebrating things that get better with age! In this class I will pour 3 wines that are at least 10 years old to discuss how wines change with age as well as when/how to age your bottles properly. I will also pour 3 wines made from vines that are at least 100 years old to learn about what happens as a vine ages, what is considered "old," and why it matters!
