Ryn is here to help you better understand the world of wine aromas and will break down everything from terms like “nose” and “bouquet” to subjects like impact compounds (e.g., what makes certain styles of Cabernet Sauvignon smell like green bell peppers) and the difference between primary, secondary, and tertiary aromas. Don’t worry, you’ll still get to drink wine .. but be ready to put your nose to work like never before in this extra sensory, nerdy class!
