In this 2 hour deep dive with Mia, we’re tasting 6 red wines that show off six totally different expressions of Syrah and Shiraz from France, Australia, California, Italy, and more.
Expect everything from peppery, Northern Rhône style structure to lush, dark fruited Shiraz vibes, plus a few curveballs that will expand your Syrah worldview. We’ll nerd out on climate, winemaking, and what makes Syrah taste like Syrah, whether it’s giving smoked meat and violets or blackberry jam and baking spice.
