It has been too long since we hosted a Sensory Analysis Workshop- they are some of our most favorite events! Taste through 18 wines to hone in your skills of analyzing the aromas and taste profile of wines. With 3 different tasting tables, you will get to experience benchmarks for structural aspects of wine like acidity, tannin, body, sweetness, alcohol and more! We will also have an aroma table so you can learn to identify classic aromas found in the wines we taste so regularly. This event is for anyone who wants to learn to become a better taster. Whether you are just starting out on your wine-nerd journey or have been an aficionado for decades, you can learn so much at this event!
