Rioja was one of my first loves in the wine world and I continue to be amazed by some of the wines coming out of this mountainous region in Northern Spain. It's not all American oak and Tempranillo, there are a host of varieties and techniques to explore. Learn all about the fascinating history, climate and soils that makes these wines so iconic, and winemaking styles that have changed so much over the years.
