I had the opportunity to visit Backsberg winery in March during my trip to South Africa and while I already knew I loved the winery and the family story, I fell in love with them even more as a result of the visit since I got to meet Alicia Rechner, winemaker at Backsberg of 22 years! Bryce is a representative from the winery (as well as an incredible presenter) and will be here in the shop for one night only to delve into the story of Backsberg as we taste through 4 of their lovely wines.
